Privacy Policy for Mouza Map Measure

This policy explains what Mouza Map Measure collects, why, and what your choices are. It covers the Mouza Map Measure Android app only.

Summary

Mouza Map Measure stores everything on your own device. It has no internet permission, so it is technically incapable of transmitting anything off your phone. It does not require an account, and it does not sell your data or share it with anyone.

What is collected

Data you create. Plots you draw, measurements, and settings are autosaved only in the app’s private storage on your device. They are never transmitted anywhere. Images you export are saved to your device’s Pictures folder at your request.

Map images you open. Photos, scans, or PDFs you pick are read only to display them as the drawing background. They are accessed through the Android system file picker, which grants access solely to the file you choose, and they are never copied elsewhere.

Nothing else. The app contains no crash reporting, no analytics, and no in-app purchases, so no diagnostic or purchase data exists to collect.

What is not collected

• No name, email address, or phone number
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, or files outside what you explicitly pick
• No advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
• No crash or diagnostic reports

How data is used

Data is used only to make the app work — drawing, measuring, and restoring your work between sessions. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

Sharing

Data is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone. The app has no network capability, so no recipient exists. There are no third-party SDKs of any kind.

Retention

Data you create is kept on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app, which removes everything. Nothing is retained anywhere else.

Your rights

Because all data lives on your device, you are in direct control of it:

• Access and export — use “Export as image” to save or share your surveys
• Delete — clear plots in the app, or uninstall it to remove everything

If you are in the EEA or UK, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection; because the app holds no data about you off-device, these are satisfied by the device controls above. Mouza Map Measure does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Children

Mouza Map Measure is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
